MSC IBM Program

The Master in International Business and Management program is delivered in cooperation with the Bradford University School of Management. During the 4 semesters of studies students undertake subjects required by both the British and the Polish educational systems to receive a Polish Master Degree from Kozminski University and a British master Degree from Bradford University. The list of courses includes compulsory core courses, elective courses and courses related to specialization which the students can choose i.e. HR Management and Strategic Management.
This program is also delivered in part-time form (on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays every two weeks). Graduates of the part-time program receive a Kozminski University Master Degree.


Semester 1 (195 hours)

Semester one involves elements which are common to all MSc programs at Kozminski university and includes general subjects related to functional disciplines of management

  • Management in Context and Contemporary Management Theory

Semester 2 (225 hours)

During the second semester students attend core courses and electives as well as courses specific to their area of specialization. Students can choose to specialize in Human Resource Management or Strategic Management

Semester 3 (225 hours)

In semester 3 students again choose elective subjects and participate in core modules. They also begin working on their MSc dissertation.

Semester 4 (225 hours)

The final semester includes more core and elective courses, and preparation of MSc dissertation.
